On Wednesday 23rd September, in an outdoor setting, the High Sheriff of Gwent Tim Russen presented a High Sheriff Award to Matt Lane and to three representatives from the Abergavenny Street Monitors for their outstanding contribution in helping the community during the Covid 19 pandemic.
