Past Full Council Meetings

The next Full Council Meeting will follow Policy and Resources Committee Meeting at 7pm on Wednesday 15th February 2023 in the Community Room, Town Hall, Cross Street, Abergavenny, and also online via Microsoft Teams.  

The public are permitted to address the meeting for up to 15 minutes before the start of the meeting. Maximum 5 minutes for each speaker. No decision can be taken during this session, but the Chair may decide to refer any matters raised for further consideration. Any members of the public or press who wish to join the meeting remotely can contact the Clerk and a link will be sent to you ( clerk@abergavennytowncouncil.gov.uk ). Alternatively you can access the meeting in person, simply email the Clerk to arrange access to the building. 

An Extraordinary Meeting of Full Council will immediately follow Policy and Resources Committee Meeting at 7pm on Wednesday 18th January 2023 in the Community Room, Town Hall, Cross Street, Abergavenny, and online via Microsoft Teams.

The next meeting of Full Council will be held on Wednesday 14th December 2022 at 7pm followed by Policy and Resources Committee in the Community Room, Town Hall, Cross Street, Abergavenny, as well as online.

The next Full Council Meeting of Abergavenny Town Council will be held directly after Policy and Resources Committee on Wednesday 12th October 2022 at 7pm in the Town Hall, Cross Street, Abergavenny and online via MS Teams.

An Extraordinary Full Council Meeting will be held at 6:30pm on Wednesday 29th June 2022 on MS Teams and in the Community Room, Town Hall, Abergavenny.

The next meeting of the Full Council will be held on Wednesday 18th May 2022 after Policy and Resources Committee at 7pm in the Community Room, Town Hall, Cross Street, and online via MS Teams. 

The Annual General Meeting of Abergavenny Town Council will be held at 7pm on Thursday 12th May 2022 in the Community Room, Town Hall, Cross Street, Abergavenny, and online via MS Teams.

The next meeting of Full Council will be held on Wednesday 9th March 2022 alongside Policy and Resources Committee at 7pm in the Community Room, Town Hall, and also online via MS Teams.

An Extraordinary Meeting of Full Council will be held on Wednesday 2nd March 2022 at 7pm, both online via MS Teams, and in person at the Community Room, Town Hall Abergavenny.
