  1. To receive and approve the application from Plas Gunter Mansion Trust for a large grant of £2500


  1. To consider and approve the following planning applications:


  • DM/2020/01355 Dismantle current garage next to the house due to safety concerns. Re-do all footings and new concrete pad laid. Rebuild garage using concrete blocks and red facing bricks to match the dwelling property, garage will have sloping roof, ranging from 4m in total height down to 3m. A small utility room will be added towards the back of the garage at 18 Hillcrest Road, Abergavenny, NP7 6BL


  • DM/2020/01231 Change of use of the ground floor from Retail (A1) to Residential (C3) at 20 - 24 Brecon Road, Abergavenny, NP7 5UG


  • DM/2020/01298 Erection of industrial unit of land between former Gas Works And Cae Pen Y Dre close to A4143 Llanfoist To Abergavenny
